It wasnt in the start menu it was in the location you said (C:\Program Files (x86)\Wimm\WIT) so i copied all the files into that folder and opened the pal batch and it started to patch. It is actually possible to do it with dolphin as long as you can patch it to your iso You can change that by right-clicking the create-usa (or whatever region your game is) and opening it with wordpad and changing "IMAGE_TYPE=wbfs" to "IMAGE_TYPE=iso" without quotes. I did that but the application is no where to be found.
